1. Free Creative Guide

Our basic creative activity guide is provided free of charge. As it is a complimentary service, no refunds are applicable for the free guide.

2. Premium Services

If you purchase premium creative content or services from RainyDay Crafts France, the following refund policy applies:

2.1 Digital Products

• Digital creative guides: 14-day satisfaction guarantee
• Video tutorials: 7-day satisfaction guarantee
• Craft kits (digital components): 14-day satisfaction guarantee

2.2 Physical Products

• Craft supplies and kits: 30-day return policy
• Items must be returned in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact our customer service within the applicable timeframe
2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
3. We will review your request within 3 business days
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Personalized or custom creative guides
• Used craft supplies or materials
• Digital products downloaded more than 30 days ago
• Services already rendered (consultations, workshops)

5. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
